How we research a building

Every building profile begins with primary sources: the property's own leasing information, publicly recorded development and permitting data, and direct conversations with on-site leasing teams. Amenities, policies and unit mixes are recorded field by field rather than summarised from marketing copy.

What we verify before publishing

A page is only published once its core facts — address, ownership or management, unit counts, amenity list and policies — have been checked against a source we can name. Fields we cannot confirm are left empty and the corresponding section is hidden rather than filled with an estimate.

How pricing is handled

Rent ranges, concessions and availability move constantly. When we publish a range we record the date it was confirmed and show that date alongside it. Anything past our review window is flagged as older information, and we always recommend confirming current pricing directly before touring.

Review cadence

Published building and neighborhood pages are scheduled for re-verification, and each page shows when it was last reviewed and by whom. Pages that pass their review window are re-checked or labelled with their verification age so readers can weigh the information accordingly.

Editorial independence

Buildings cannot pay for a profile, a ranking, a rating or a placement on this site. Editorial opinion sections are clearly labelled as our view and are separated from the verified factual record.
